If cheese is the basis for government, and the arguement does seem coherent, then I fear for Venezuela.
They do have a popular, national cheese, referred to descriptively as "queso blanco" (white cheese). I have decided that it is fat dried with salt. It is most often used in place of salt on arepas, another Venezuelan specialty.
