A Conversation for Cheese

Right. I just wanted to type the word "Gjetost" as it seems to be the cheese they have left nameless up there (calling it toffee-like gost's cheese, which it is, mind you but it has a name and any truly hoo- uh, nm. sorry.), just scant inches from the redundant mentions of "spray on" and "aerosol" cheeses.
