I think the only exception to the rule on this would be Slash. Clearly not a fully paid up member of the 'Grimace' school of guitar-playing. Mind you, there is so much hair on show, even more than Brian May's, that I can't actually be sure if the cigarette is in fact sticking out of his mouth. It could simply be suspended on wires or something ...
