The only difference made so far is C1233
And the only forseeable major differences are a front page appearance, which would apparently be used for community things anyway. The Post got a smiley, a named entry and a front page slot and that is all good and useful. We aren't asking for a smiley or a named entry just yet, and I don't really see the need to.
