A Conversation for Bartimaeus: Book Reviewed
Bartimaeus Trilogy
Dr Fu-Manchu Started conversation Jan 16, 2006
The Bartimaeus Trilogy consists in volume-1 THE AMULET OF SAMARKAND, volume-2 THE GOLEM'S EYE, and volume-3 PTOLEMY'S GATE. In the last two volumes, Jonathan Stroud has achieved the necessary development of the characters and produced more interesting dynamics with the introduction of Kitty Jones. Having just finished reading the last volume, I can state that the trilogy as a whole is well worth the reader's time in which everything is brought to a satisfactory conclusion. This story will do well as a movie adaptation.
