And for some reason an entry should be submitted just because that box isn't ticked, even though the submission is clearly inappropriate?
The vast majority of entries on h2g2 *don't* have "not for review" checked -- that doesn't mean they should be submitted to the Update Forum, or to any review forum without the ok of the author, for that matter.
Yet one more reason to have the privilege of submitting other people's entries for review permanently binned, huh Gosho?
