How can you have more than one a lung disease caused by the inhalation of very fine silica dust. I know I get all the junk through the letter box about is you father, grandfather, uncle, any male relative living or preferably dead a miner, (one disadvantage to living in an ex-mining community and being the son, grandson, nephew etc of white collar workers) to get compensation for all their life threatening/taking ailments. But surely there can be only one Pneumonoultramicroscopicsilicovolcanoconiosis

Think of it in terms medical terminology, as a shortened version of 'cases of pneumono....'
