A Conversation for Talking Point: The Worst Films Ever Made

The Time Machine (2002 remake)

This has to be absoulutly the worst film I have ever seen. When it was first mentioned that it was going into production I held high hopes that it might be a good rendition of H.G. Well's classic novel. How wrong was I. Its more like a remake of the 60's George Pal version, which in its own way was ok, but it lost any of the redeeming features that the Pal version had. Mr Wells must be spinning in his grave

i think that most women would agree that an intelligent, attractive, and couragous man would be a very nice catch, very nice indeed. it goes without saying that i enjoyed at least this much of the movie, but i really did like the answer that the funky-white dude gave him about why he couldn't get his woman back. it may have been obvious, but it took smarts to think it up in the first place.

I actually thought that the remake was better than the original, but I was rather intoxicated at the time smiley - tongueout

i think the one redeeming characteristic of this film was samantha mumba's breasts. but that's not a good enough reason for me to want to watch it again. it should never have been made.

well, excuse me for putting a few girly words in your conversation. just because you mutter, doesn't mean you have an excuse for being nasty!

Not being nasty, my ironic sacfastic inflextion doesn't quiet work on a 105 keyboard

Plus that guy couldn't have been a physist, where where to pictures of Star Trek girls, the plastic lightsaber or the endless quoteing of monty python + DNA

Plus, why use a black baord to write all your equations, use paper liek the rest of us ...

i see, so you see yourself as a smart, attractive, couragous man? is that why you think it is ironic, you don't have a girlfriend? (i'm not trying to be nasty, just trying to get your full picture)
and blackboards help to create larger pictures that paper can often bind us from doing. it keeps all thoughts together and easy to look at.

Little Miss- Get well soon Kylie.XXX

After I saw the trailers for the film I expected to see an action packed movie......How wrong was i?? THey had simply taken all the action that the film contained (which was the last 1/2 hr) & shown that as the trailer......a VERY poor film....& Samantha Mumba......I would say that she should stick to singing, but she's not even good at that!!smiley - tongueout
