I'm on board this train!

Hi,
My friend Liz and I both have horrible problems with biting our nails and the skin around them. I stumbled across this page and have decided to give it a whirl, and have cajoled Liz into trying it too. I've done the exercise for the first time, finding it a little harder than i expected, but actually quite good fun.
I'm at Bedford Station (it's near where my beloved grandparents live, and thus is a safe and comforting sort of place in my memory) and the person on the train who takes my parcel is one of my favourite musicians who I've met once or twice. hear the announcement and wait at the platform for a few minutes, looking at the parcel of Bad Habit in my hands (it's a paper-and-string package, battered and looking a little worse for wear) and anticipating his arrival. He comes, and I climb up into his carriage, where he's already on his feet in anticipation, his trilby hat left on his seat by his sister, who's smiling at me over her harmonica. I tell him what's going on, he encourages me to keep up the good work, takes my worn-out parcel and gives me a scratchy kiss of the cheek with his lovely beardy face. The sister waves goodbye and I embrace her with relief that my burden's being shared.
Back on the platform, I can see their faces through the window, grinning down at me, and I'm already looking forward to tomorrow morning. After the train slides off on its way to Oxford I climb up the station steps to the walkway where my dear old Granddad is waiting for me, smelling of old books and kindness.
My friend's is very different, it's at our local station here in Western Australia, and her character is her five year old cousin.
Thanks for this suggestion, I have good feelings about this.
