I'm not sure. At first I thought he could be a clone, especially when you consider how much genetic material I've left lying around after duelling with the Sith...
*taps bionic leg with bionic hand*
... but The Council's Will is the proof that Miasma has taken my history and perverted for his own design. The name "Council's Will" was the name of the craft which first brought me to the Adcademy, and of the first Jedi starfighter I piloted.
The reason I'm telling you this is to illustrate the perils of the Darkside. I am a powerful Jedi, but Miasma is more than that. He is a powerful and dangerous foe. He shows what can happen if one of us falls.

Master, as I was..that is he only seems as powerful as he does because of the way he uses the force. However I am sorry for using my magic I sometimes forget the distinction between the dark and light sides of the force which the council feel is so important. It still all feels the same to me.
