h2g2 The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy: Earth Edition

*leaves rustle*

*Mihar ignores the source of the rustling and continues his systematic scouring of the undergrowth*

*rocks start to lift*

*Mihar continues his scouring of the diminishing undergroath while using the force to sense the positions and movements of the rocks*

*more rocks rise*

*Mihar prepares himself to fend off the rocks, but does not cease his attempt to flush Puppet from the undergrowth*

*the rocks float around Mihar, one in every direction*

*Mihar concentrates hard, trying not to be distracted by the flying rocks, as a single bead of sweat runs down his forehead*

*all the rocks fly together toward Mihar*

*Puppet runs along a tree branch*

*Mihar drops to the ground, letting the rocks smash together, and uses the force to shield him self from the falling debris of the rocks. Leaping to his feet he launches himself into the trees, and stalks slowly towards his last sighting of puppet*

*there's a green blur and Mihar's branch collapses*

*as the branch colapses Mihar leaps across to the next tree and hangs, upide down, from the highest branch. As he does so one of his lightsabers falls to the floor*

*Puppet runs along his branch*

*Mihar looks down at his lightsaber and lets go of the branch he is holding onto. He plummets towards the floor, reaching down and grasping his lightsaber before suddenly rigting himself and landing on his feet, but squatting. Mihar decides that the running, scampering and acrobatics are getting them nowhere and strides purposefully back into the clearing and sits as if in meditation*

PUPPET: Passed you have, Mihar.

*slides down tree*

*Mihar looks mildlyt shocked*

Passed? There is no more?

Other than that which faces us in life, i mean

*Puppet sits down on log*

PUPPET: Took the trials before you have, Mm?

Yes master. I am merely suprised that it was so short. I mean I do not see how that could be an adequate test of someone's ability to cope with what will be thrown at them in life. I know I do not feel like I have suddenly stepped through a portal and that I am now a Jedi knight. In fact it now feels like things will be harder, more of a chalange, and not easier as I had expected.

PUPPET: If feel like one you do not then why face your Trial?

It's not that I don't feel like one, I just don't feel much different. I mean it's not like I faced some fearsome creature, well other than yourself, master.

I merely realised that all the acrobatics and fancy force usage were getting us nowhere and so it was pointless to continue it all and so I decided to change the game.
