Waste of (my) money

I've noticed a sudden rash of television adverts by various Government departments, posing as "public service announcements". The government takes more than enough of my money in tax; if they have to take it, I want them to spend it on something useful (schools'n'hospitals is the usual mantra), not these self-serving political messages (one recently claimed that food from inside the EU was good, but from outside the EU bad! I ask you!)
STOP WASTING MY MONEY!
