i've just stumbled on this.
for what it's worth, the complex that my son's amateur club plays at was renamed "Stade Marc-Vivien Foé" (formerly Stade Jules Verne because if the street it's on). I think going through those gates with his name in big letters every practice helps one keep the right perspective about life and football.
