For what does it serve a man to ignore the truth?

And what does it serve a man to ignore ignorance?

Secondhand stupidity fills many a room where people wear suits and ties and tight skirts and ankle bracelets.

The culture of silliness has no academy, yet it flourishes among the supposedly educated.

The laws of reality are broken by the laws of stupidity.

The Nazis, Pol Pot, the Shining Path, the Tamil Tigers, the men in suits and ties who mutter sound burps... The movie-makers, the factory owners, the car manufacturers. The computer programmers...
The website masters. The media of food, clothing and entertainment.

Laws are made when the big boys and girls don't get what they want.
They have nothing to do with people. People don't have time to stop doing their jobs or taking care of their children to read everything and think about everything. They have to depend upon figure heads for what they believe in. When they can depend upon them.

Most Americans don't vote because they know Washington is not where they live.
