came across your parched pea post whilst searching Google for local suppliers ( Preston Lancs!!)
When my kiddies were at a local school I was known as 'Mrs Parched Peas'as every year I cooked two full galvanised buckets full of peas and sold them at the school fete.... Bought polysyrene pea containers from the local chippie and had salt pepper and vinegar on the table. They went down a treat.
Thankyou for reminding me the E.H.Booth sell them...
