TRiG (Ireland) A dog, so bade in office

I've never before read through such a detailed argument and understood it first time. No backtracking. No rereading. Straight through: start at the begining, stop at the end, and that was it. And yet I fully got your arguments: your presentation hung together in my head as a unified whole to be looked at (and agreed with).

Felonious Monk - h2g2s very own Bogeyman

Well, if I write well, then it's only because I model myself on some poeple who wrote far better than I ever will. I idolise George Orwell for that very reason: a meticulously constructed argument needs nothing more than direct and plain writing.

If you liked this, then perhaps you'll also like A2028854. I don't do polemics very often. But then, that's probably becuase I'm not paid to.
