Re-heats very quickly and tastes just as good a couple of days later. Shame the yogurt/cucumber mix didn't survive as well.

Fair enough, leaving it out in the warm on Saturday probably didn't help preserve it either.
Basil is still alive.

You've actually just reminded me again of my shopping trips to Tescos in Birmingham, where I tended to buy a lot of basil (because I kept killing it off 
). And every time I wanted to buy some, there'd invariably be a big group of us doing Sybil Fawlty impressions:
"Basil! Basil! BASIL! Have you hung that picture yet?"
