Puzzler's old space

DID YOU MEAN ME?
If you are called Ford Prefect it is unlikely that you will turn round when you hear your name only to discover someone else was being hailed. If you have a common name (like John, which is not my name or Sue, which is) this can cause a dilemma. It becomes necessary to to glance round slowly with a casual thought "Did you mean me?"
If your name is less common there is a higher probability that when you hear it, you are being called.
Now I am known as "puzzler"
Hi Good to see you.
This is not a 42ism. (-2+0+8+(4/4))x7=my age on joining hootoo
This is:- (-2+0+8*(4/4))x7

I discovered that a search for "isle of man" on h2g2 resulted in a small number of "hits" and a lot of stuff about the Isle of Wight. If you put the double quotes in the search field the results are much better i.e. enter "Isle of Man"
