Theres nowt wrong in being prepared for the big day "fair play" to you. As for Ultra, i dont know about first aid but ive got a bottle of rum, you know 1/2 and 1/2 its how it used to be done
The only thing there though is how will you be able to at the last minute and no biting the midwives now

only out of pain id bite im lucky maternitys only a 5 minutes away by car dont want to be going in to early
