Suggestions for the Page

Hello one and all.
Up until now, the page has been run in a dictatorship fashion. I saw this as neccessary in order to get things moving.
Now that the page is up and running, I feel that I should step graciously down from the helm and take up a 'caretaker' role instead. Therefore, you, the members, will run the page in a much more democratic fashion. Although this will probably require a chairman.
Just post your suggestions for the page in this thread and once you've all agreed, I will implement any changes put forward.
So, what would make the page better?
What don't you like about it?
And who wants to be chairman?

*giggles* I love the scrolling banner... but I have to say it would have been a long drive to do the Bristol plubs cos I live in West Yorks 
If I think of any suggestions I'll post them but I get all my best ideas when the kids have gone to bed.... gimme a couple of hours and I might be able to think again
