This is the best welcoming and all round information guide for Newbies you have given very clear instructions and in an easy to understand to understand fashion. 
I would have loved to have your guide when I started here last year in May. Its an invaluable and very well thoughtout guide which has had alot of time and effort but in 20 out of 10.

I'm happy to help out... I know how difficult it was when I first started out... and being that I've been here for just over a month... I can still feel the water behind my ears... so I know most of the feelings new members have...
