Slytherin Common Room
Created | Updated Apr 12, 2003
The Slytherin common room was a long, low underground room with rough stone walls and ceiling from which round, greenish lamps were hanging on chains. A fire was crackling under an elaborately carved mantelpiece ahead of them, and several Slyterins were silhouetted around it in high-backed chairs. On the sides of the walls are pictures of snakes to symbolize the Slytherin House.
You notice that there are nice leather sofas and chairs sitting by tables and a few Slytherins playing Wizard's Chess.
A Slytherin prefect points in two different directions to show the sleeping quarters for the boys and girls.
You look back and notice that you can leave at any moment back to the Dungeons.
