im afraid that i havent been to well in this heat, ive been plagued with really rough nose bleeds. losing loads and with force.
i was sent to see a consultant who was a waste of time.
now the weather has eased, the bleeds have too. i still get them but not as bad.

from what i hear, canada in december sounds good. there is a man on h2g2 that i talk to that lives not far from toronto. maybe i could go and stay with him and his wife.. get a freebie holiday
