Oh yeah. Hello again.
Now talking professional now...to put it in simple terms my job is to clean toilets and clean the shop in general...do I not deserved to be paid 1p more an hour then what I already get?! lol

i believe in equality and treat everyone the same,
its only a small tea room,so i think we should all fit in together,this is why i put everyone on the same wage,
if you want to take on lesser duties,then please let me know

i think maybe you should get a little extra in your pay packet,as you have taken on 2 jobs and everybody gets paid double time on a sunday,thats if anyone wants to do the sunday shift??

jackie i'm quiet willing to work for one wage as its only if helen is off i'll do extra duties
