what about pen marks?

i accidentally bumped my monitor with a ball point pen, and the pen mark won't come off. any suggestions?

Ah... I'm not sure. I wouldn't like to advise you on anything drastic in case it ruins your monitor, so I guess the best thing is to <./>AskH2G2</.>. 
You could try Tip-Exing it out
