I bought my sprungfrom yellow tulips, what's your florist opinion of that choice?

She seemed to like them. They were reduced at the supermarket - she doesn't like a fuss, I always need an excuse to hand. Like 'I got these then realised there was no space in the garden'. Or 'they looked so sorry for themselves in the reduced bucket'.

Only now I feel a bit guilty about it because this time she didn't say I shouldn't have, just how nice they were.

You know you just can't win with the sprungfroms.

Yes, who doesn't love a bit of fuss. I should remember that. The supermarket was an impulse buy. You'll be pleased to know I usually avoid both the supermarket and the buckets in front of the garage shop when I go looking for flowers.

A Northern Clue...dear God I am too old for this....I just know it involves 'threads' and past conversations already (unwittingly) unsubscribed to...and old articles...'Go and sign up for readers digest', a voice whispers, you might just be able to cope with that! A guide to buying flowers for the 'dive in and grab em brigde' idea pushes itself into the empty cavity between my ears...no, you have to spend some time on the day job. A new identity?
