I can't make the 15th of July or the 24th of June because they're my on-call weekends.

How about starting a thread for each suggested date (as I believe was done for the winter meet) and people can vote on each separate thread.

Yeh, we need to get some voting under way soon like as vefore a thread for each date 
and we'l need someone who can be trused and who can do adding up to do it 
unfortuantley I can't do addition

I don't mind doing it, 2legs. If you'd rather do it yourself, kitush, then no problem either. But otherwise I'll start up threads now for the four suggested dates and keep a tally.
