To be full of wisdom, hope and gladness?
Aspiring to make the world see sense
Instead we all sit on the fence

No-one dares to stand out from the rest!
No-one wants to be the best!
Tearing up the world under our feet
Just to try and keep things neat

People are scared, don’t want to go out
People run and scream and shout
To be free, to be free, that’s what they say
But no-one wants to actually pay

Because making this world free from pain
We all need to be a bit more sane
Take a step back and look at the full picture
Because before to long the future will hit you
