h2g2 The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy: Earth Edition

I nearly fell asleep trying to load the most boring page on h2g2, so I decided to relieve it by starting yet another one!

Ya know...its posts like that-that clutter the web...making it almost impossible to find worth while information whenever we are really looking. But then again...the more useless web pages that are out there, the harder it is to find good info, the longer we take to find those good pages, the more free time we use up, therefore we would be less bored. Hmm...is it possible that a posting about boredom could lead to the the human race never being bored again? Very interesting...I think this deserves further study...very in depth and lengthy time wasting study.

That sounds like a very worthwhile thing to do! Of course, the length of time wasted waiting for a page to load exactly correlates with the amount of profit the phone company makes! Therefore, maybe it can be proved that the phone companies want the whole internet community to be bored at all times in order to gain world dominance!
