San Jose International Airport is "international" only in the sense that from it you can only fly to somewhere else within America. This penchant for international flaw is also evident in another great American invention: World Series Baseball (and several other sports) in which the only nation that takes part is the US! How odd.

Has America annexed Mexico while I was spending a year dead for tax purposes? There are flights to Mexico from San Jose International.
Be thankful the World Series is limited to the USA. Letting the NHL set up shop in the US has pretty much killed hockey.
