Why isn't the Mad Hatter put in the Batman's rogue gallery Hall of Fame or any other Hall? He's a brilliant character and he gave Batman loads of trouble before in the comics and especially in the tv series! He deserves to be somewhere there!

Good old (or should that be bad old) Jervis Tetch is great, I agree - particularly scary in the recent 'Unresolved' storyline in the Gotham Central series. But I had to leave out lots of nefarious villains, or this could have turned into one of the longest Guide entries in history! Any villain inspired by the Alice stories has to be a good thing, though!
