They got lost in a 'search and replace' to remove some of the odd formatting that came from pasting the text from (I'm guessing) Word. Apostrophes, quotation marks and n-dashes tend to muck up when converted to plain text, for some reason.
Fixed now though.

Over there right now, there's some debate about the validity of the Cathar claim though ... seems the Cathars would have been moved along by the time Bosch was kicking around.
All the same, it is a documented doubt that he was one.
