Love the Marx brothers. They fly in the face of convention to hilarious effect. The only other comedians to come close (just my humble opinion) are Milligan and Sellars in the Goon Show.

Mikeo the gregarious

Actually, the producer who was responsible for the BBC re-recording of the Flywheel, Shyster and Flywheel programmes was also involved in the re-recording of missing episodes of the Goon Show, which was called "Goon Again". Tenuous link to the two shows, I know, but quite an interesting one nonetheless! smiley - smiley

Like some of the FSF episodes, you can get the "Goon Again" recording on tape and CD. While I can vouch for the closeness of the Goon re-recording, how good is the FSF one?

The Ghost of Polidari

The two guys playing Groucho and Chico are excellent - you wouldn't know the difference!
