Beware the static mat!

In the page titled 'Introducing the Raspberry Pi - Getting Started' there is a small paragraph near the top which talks about static. It says that a good way to avoid static problems it by "placing your computer on an anti-static mat while working on it".
Absolutely! Couldn't agree more! Just remember to take it off the anti-static mat before turning it back on again 
I worked that one out myself!
