With Juries finding not guilty when the party turned out to be guilty than that is not so much the juries fault as they are assumed to be not guilty so I would say in that case that much of the blame accrues to the law. The situation is quite simple when a juryman is bribed to vote no guilty - then they should be charged as an accomplice after the fact to the crime the defendant is being prosecuted with and also as an accomplice to any crime the defendant commits after being found not guilty
