Twist

so your telling me that 'the Book of Naming' also known as the necronomicon, a coppy of which i downloaded off the internet, is a hoax... hmmmm, seems a lot of trouble to make over fifty different simbols and explinations for their uses formost of which is the calling apon the different faces of the ancient god 'Marduk' just for a hoax... along with about five pages of instructions and another five of history... hmmmmmmm.

He's right the Necronomicon is a complete and total invention of th late literary genius Howard Phillips Lovecraft. The download you are reffering to is most certainly one of dozens of elaborate hoaxes. Check its sources and its alleged history and I guarantee it'll collapse. IE most sources akin to the one your describing claim the Necronomicon is a work of sumarian demonology. Marduk was Babylonian not Assyrian. Another popular lie ist that the famous magician John Dee translated it. No work of Dee's even remotely mentions the Necronomicon. In point of fact no book any where refferences the Necronomicon prior to the writings ot Lovecraft in the 20's and 30's. Lovecraft himself repeatedly denied the book as being in any way real and no Arab would have ever been called Adul Alhazred since alhazred is completely meaningless in arabic.
