Yes it does Nat, your quite right there. I have looked right into the Native American way of life, and their philosophy is one that I could quite easily go for. Our own way is proof enough that it doesn't. By the mess we have made of it all. At this rate there will be no future.

I think there are many positive and superior aspects to ancient cultures like the Iroquois. However I wonder how the men felt in this culture. I think history has proven that men and women can work together and achieve equally in many areas, and a society based on equal and co-operative effort is something we should all aspire to. And not one where one sex is subjugated to another.
