A Conversation for The Plague
Plague or Black Death?
Lanzababy - Guide Editor Started conversation May 7, 2009
I believe it that the term 'Black Death' refers to the 14th Century pandemic which killed half the a huge percentage of the population of Britain and elsewhere.
The term Plague is more commonly used to refer to the outbreak of bubonic plague that occurred in1665 - just prior to the Great Fire of London in 1666
