Do you hate change, like the rest of us? Do you have the sneaking feeling that the coming year may not be all it's cracked up to be? When you look at a calendar, do you wish you could go and hide somewhere?

We can't do anything to turn back time, but we can remind ourselves that change brings with it both bad and good. Tell us about times of change in your life: did something you were looking forward to turn out to be a bust? Did a dreaded change turn out to be a blessing in disguise?

It's better to light a single candle than to curse the darkness. Let us face the winds of change head-on and put our best feet forward, and boldly quote even more affirming cliches.
