Editor's Note: Grace, Lady Manners, lived in Haddon Hall in the 16th and 17th centuries. She had some prominent children and founded a school. This is her death mask. Death masks used to be a thing and are officially Not Morbid. It was just a way to get people to be still for their portraits.
