Who hasn’t spent many a waking night wondering where St Peter would park when he comes down from the Pearly Gates to spend a pleasant afternoon in Winchester? Well worry no more, for it turns out he has his own dedicated parking spot – and I’m not talking bollards. Though I still think he’s more likely to be a cyclist – look at that row of perfect railings.
