Y'all think Hooverville isn't up for high-class public art.
This mural is on the wall of an antique building across the street from the courthouse. (In the Hooverville novel, it's where the Waffelhaus is, but in RL, it's just up the block from the tattoo parlour.)
See? Public art can surprise you.
