Strong introduction
Were Jersey Girl etc classed as View Askew Productions?
I didn't know about 'A film by' but, now you mention it, I have seen it - 'standard' is perhaps not the best word, though, as it is more popular but not expected http://www.vanityfair.com/hollywood/2015/03/vanity-credit-a-film-by ('you know you work on apprenticeship standards too much, when...')
"Stephen Spielberg" - Steven
I'm not sure about the verb tenses in the Main Character section - the introduction says 'Some actors play multiple characters', so you could say 'Kevin Smith also plays Kevin Smith', etc.
"Jeff Anderson has often been reluctant to appear in subsequent films and is usually the last actor to sign on to any Kevin Smith film." - subsequent films outside as well as inside the View Askewniverse?
Should there be a HEADER before 1. Clerks to introduce the films?
The film plot summaries contain too much duplication at the moment - eg you have already said who plays who, and the 'Making Of' is covered in the other Entries.
A bit of work to do, but then this Entry will be good as an overview to bring the whole University Project together

This has been trimmed a tad now.

I had a quick glance and still saw too much 'making of' in it - some paragraphs perhaps belong in the detailed Entries instead?
I'm impressed that the Super Groovy Cartoon Movie didn't set off the Filther Should the Cartoon Movie have its own detailed Entry like the others?

I'll have a re-read tomorrow but there doesn't have to be an absolute removal of all 'making of' material from here as there's no guarantee that readers of this entry will read the others, and particularly in the case of 'Clerks' the fact the film was made and gained an international following for less than $30k is very much what makes it unique, arguably much more than the plot.
With regards the Cartoon Movie, no it isn't worth having a detailed entry dedicated to it for various reasons.
The series is dedicated to Kevin Smith's films - he didn't direct it.
The film didn't have a full cinematic release and so is only a direct-to-video animation.
It isn't even set in the same fictional universe as the other films. It doesn't feature the Silent Bob and Jay that lean against the wall of the Quick Stop, but the cartoon characters created by Banky and Holden that were inspired by the 'real' Silent Bob and Jay. This makes it no different to other things considered to be fiction by characters in the View Askewniverse - such as 'Star Wars', which is a series of films characters in the View Askewniverse have seen.
But most of all, there really isn't any more worth saying about it.

I've removed the 'making of' sentences now that I had written, but this is a Flea Market Rescue and the original author also discussed the making of. Rather than dilute what he had intended by stripping this entry of his sentences and transplanting them into my entries, I think it makes more sense to keep this entry in his words and mine in my words to keep a coherent sense of style.
Also, if I edit bits out of this entry and add them to my entries then it would involve deciding whether in each case it constitutes enough to be an 'additional material by' or full co-author credit. In my view it makes far, far, far more sense to keep them seperate.

Thanks - I can see some difference.
Still rather challenging for me to read, though - the sentence "What follows is a simple rundown of Smith's View Askewniverse films." is currently false. Can you make it so that it is a simple rundown of the films? The Main Characters section is perhaps what is too detailed - the introduction mentions that Jay and Silent Bob are in all the films, and the other key points could be worked in elsewhere.
Good points about the cartoon movie, so that's fine. The table looks out of place here, though - can you incorporate the key points into the narrative instead, please?
I appreciate the challenge you have with this as a Flea Market rescue - the original Entry was already 2,300 words long, but it still needed fleshing out a bit in places for clarity and didn't include all the films... I see you've made some cuts to it, though (no asterisks ) so that's good

Changes have been made.
Please note - the sentence 'What follows is a simple rundown of Smith's View Askewniverse films' was by the original author, who as you've said wrote 2,300 words. The film sections that are in my own words - most of 'Jay and Silent Bob Strike Back', 'Clerks II' and 'Jay and Silent Bob Reboot' are simple rundowns (the super groovy cartoon movie is a tad longer, but it is only mentioned here).
I suppose it all depends on your definition of 'simple', it is certainly easy enough to make it a lot more complicated.

Thank you - this has the right flavour now
I'd say the University Project is ready for the next stage
Is it the case that you can add the links in the project banner now, because the Entries are not Picked but are transferred directly from the Edited Guide Writing Workshop to the Editors?
