It is a little-known fact that there is something called the Cute Police. Its agents are on the lookout for illegally cute things that increase the 'aww' factor to dangerous levels. It's almost as bad as climate change.
These two kittens are in hiding from the Cute Police. They think this basket will camouflage them.
