Obviously it is hard to distinguish between spin and severe listing. I'm not blaming you. I just thought the conclusions of the enqiry were funny - except of course that if they hadn't ended on the bank it may have shut the port for a week - and some of us share the Solent with these people.

True – I've commuted from the Island to Southampton daily before (that was when Red Funnel crashed one of the ferries they meant to be docking, meaning they only ran one ferry every 3 hours.)
