Astronauts eat a lot of tortillas. It's the bread of choice for long duration microgravity. A favorite is peanut butter on tortillas.
Also, you'll find a preponderance of dishes with sticky sauces and gravies. This keeps food from floating around the spacecraft.
Astronaut Don Pettit found drinking coffee from a bag and straw to be unpalatable so he fashioned a microgravity "coffee cup" from a plastic report cover. http://youtu.be/pk7LcugO3zg
It should be noted that astronauts sense of smell in microgravity is diminished as body fluids accumulate in the upper body and head causing swelling that constricts the nasal passages similar to congestion. Because of this, astronauts find they prefer spicier foods than normal with salsa and Sriracha prized dearly.

Oh, and here's a bit of synchronicity, part of the lattice o'coincidence, some Baader-Meinhof for you this morning.

Wow! This space eating and drinking gets more and more interesting.
And talk about synchronicity...
For an upcoming Post quiz in February, I stumbled across some ancient cup science - the Pythagorean cup:

Fun with physics.

I didn't happen across any mentions of Klein bottles, but I did happen across another story of space food.
