They're so much simpler to make than you'd think, and home made do taste so much better.
I'm a massive fan of bagels, used to eat loads of them as a kid, my dad would bring them back up from a bagel shop in London when he drove the Royal Mail vans overnight, and I kinda got addicted to them. After he stopped driving that route it was a while before I found them in the shops, and was so glad to I didn't notice the difference 
But do try it out, and let me know what you think
