I'm very pleased with the way it worked out - and too would like to thank everyone who helped contribute and provide insights and comments that never would have occurred to me, and make the entry so much richer. Some articles really benefit from having many different perspectives. Bagpuss did a sterling job of editing this article despite technical troubles.
I'd also like to thank everyone who arranged and attended the meet-up too. Without the meet-up, this article would not have been written.
