If you remember this great cartoon, the creator Mr Jeffrey O'Kelly is lobbying for the BBC Children's Department to air it once again. 
A generation of kids could do with their memories of Snuggles, just like they can do with thier very own Doctor Who.
So, if you feel strongly enough, drop either;
