Are there such things as alkynols and alkenals?

I've never heard those names before, so I don't think so! smiley - smiley

It is possible to have an alkynol but they seem to be a bit unstable - the triple bond tends to migrate!

There's no reason to have the C-C multiple bond near the alcohol, aldehyde or whatever group, so long alkenals and alkynols are certainly valid: Dec-1-ene-10-ol anyone?
Alcohols are prone to keto-enol tautomerism: propen-2-ol isomerises to propanone.
